Designed for the telephone central office DSX-3 installer, the right-angle plug is installed just like the straight plug. During installation, the 751/2 center pin becomes captive when pushed into the teflon dielectric inside the plug's body, preventing the coaxial cable's center conductor from withdrawing from the connector during normal contraction.
